For all hikes, hiking boots are required, and a full list of necessary gear and clothing will be provided upon booking. For autumn and spring hikes, it’s important to pack extra layers for warmth, and for our Full Moon, Sunset, and Sunrise Hikes, a head torch is essential.
Minimum Gear required:
- Walking boots.
- Comfortable and breathable outdoor clothing.
- Fleece and hat.
- Waterproof jacket and trousers.
- Water and Lunch.
- Head torch (for Sunrise, Sunset & Full Moon Hike)
Cancellations can be made by contacting Beyond the Glass Adventure Tours by email, phone, or in person.
A 10% non-refundable booking fee is included in all prices.
You can move your hike to another date once, free of charge, with at least one week’s notice.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the start time will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will be charged in full.
The tour runs in light rain and if there are passing showers. The tour will be cancelled if the weather makes it unsafe to run the tour or if it will not be enjoyable. In this case there is an option of a free recshedule or 100% refund.
